Check in once a day to collect between 20 and 120 LIA. Each day of the week pays a little more than the last, and Saturday and Sunday pay double, so a full week is worth far more than a few scattered days.
Keep going and you'll hit streak milestones, one time bonuses that grow all the way to 25,000 LIA at a full year. Miss a day and the streak resets, but a streak of two days or more can be saved once a week, the day after.
