About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Lia Labs for your use of the Lia app. By using Lia you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You need a Lia account to use most features. Keep your sign-in safe and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens with it. You must be old enough to use apps like Lia where you live, and at least 13.
$LIA rewards
$LIA is a reward you earn in the app for taking part. It has no guaranteed value and isn't money, a security or an investment. How much is earned, and how rewards work, can change. Lia Labs decides whether, when and how $LIA can be used outside the app.
Fair play
Use Lia as one person with one account. Don't use bots, scripts, fake accounts, emulators or other tricks to earn more, and don't take advantage of bugs. We may take back rewards earned unfairly, and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Chat and how you behave
Be respectful. Don't harass, threaten, scam or mislead people, share illegal content, or spam. Don't ask anyone for passwords, wallet phrases or money. You're responsible for what you send. We may remove content and limit or close accounts that break these rules.
Sending $LIA
Sends between users are final and can't be reversed by us. Make sure you send to the right username.
Ads
Lia shows ads, including ones you choose to watch for a reward. Ads come from partners like Google, and their terms and privacy policies apply to their ads.
Changes and availability
We work to keep Lia running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance. We may change, add or remove features, and we may update these terms. If the changes are important, we'll tell you in the app.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Me. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.
Limits on our responsibility
Lia is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, Lia Labs isn't responsible for indirect losses, lost rewards or data, or problems caused by things outside our control.
